On 10 June 2025, the NAS RA Institute of History hosted an international workshop entitled “Symbols and Iconography of Ancient Armenia,” organised by the Department of Ancient History of the Institute. The event took place within the framework of academic collaboration with the Italian Association for Mediterranean and Oriental Studies (ISMEO).
The opening address was delivered by Deputy Director of the Institute of History, Dr. Hist. Sci., Professor K. Khachatryan. Welcoming remarks were also made by the Head of the Department of Ancient History, Mikayel Badalyan, and ISMEO Research Fellow Roberto Dan.
