On March 25th, 2019, Yeghia Jerejian, who is the Lebanese-Armenian researcher and a longtime member of the Lebanese parliament, for his outstanding achievements in Armenology and especially in the history of the Armenian national-liberation movements was awarded the title of Honorary Doctor of the Armenian National Academy of Sciences at the annual meeting of the Division of Armenian Studies and Social Sciences.

 

 

This nomination of Mr. Jerejian for the honorary title was presented by the Institute of History, NAS of RA.
